1. Polish the entire nail dark blue. Using white paint, create a flame that starts at the tip and ends two-thirds down the nail. Allow the design to dry. 2. Paint evenly spaced, diagonal red stripes across the white flame. Allow the design to dry. 3. Outline the flame using red paint. 4. Complete the design by adding silver confetti stars on top of the blue portion of the design. Secure the confetti with dots of top coat, then apply top coat to the entire nail to encase the confetti completely.
