What is NAILPRO magazine and who is it for?

NAILPRO is a trade magazine for nail salons and other businesses that have nail care services that’s published 12 times per year. Each issue includes the latest trends in natural nails, acrylics, tips and gels. Inspiring nail art, step-by-steps, business advice, product reviews, profiles of successful nail technicians, and nail industry news are also included. Nail salon owners and managers, nail technicians and other nail industry professionals should subscribe to the magazine and newsletter.

How do I subscribe or renew my magazine subscription?

To subscribe or renew your subscription, please visit www.nailpro.com/subscribe or contact our Customer Service Department at nailpro@pcspublink.com or (800) 624-4196. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. When your subscription expires, we will send you reminders to renew.

How do I find my subscription account & INET number?

Your account number can be found on the cover of your print magazine where your name and mail address appears. Below is a sample mail label showing in yellow where to find your account number.

If you are entering an INET #, it appears above your name and mail address on the bill or renewal notice that you received. See below example circled in red.

When will I receive my first issue?

You will receive your first issue within 4-6 weeks after receipt of your subscription order. If you didn’t receive your first issue, the reason might be one of the following:

  • Your issue is still in the process of being sent to you.
  • There might be a USPS mail delivery delay.
  • We might have the wrong mail and/or email address.
  • Online subscription order wasn’t processed due to a technical problem.

If you ordered a subscription online, please check your inbox for an email confirmation from NAILPRO Magazine. The email confirmation will state the first issue that you’ll receive and the estimated shipping date. You may also Manage Your Account online to see when your first issue will be delivered or contact our Customer Service Department at nailpro@pcspublink.com or (800) 624-4196. Make sure that we have your correct mail address, email address and telephone number.


How do I change my address & other contact information?

If you would like to change your mail address, email address and/or telephone number, please Manage Your Account online or contact our Customer Service Department at nailpro@pcspublink.com or (800) 624-4196. If you mail or email us your new information, please include your first and last name, old and new mail address, email address and telephone number. Please allow 3 business days for your changes to be processed.


How do I change my subscription format?

NAILPRO is available in print and digital formats. Digital issues are delivered before print issues are mailed. We recommend getting print and digital issues, so you have access to all of them at work, home and on the go. If you would like to change your subscription format, please Manage Your Account online or contact our Customer Service Department at nailpro@pcspublink.com or (800) 624-4196. Please allow 3 business days for your changes to be processed.


What do I do if I missed an issue?

Occasionally, an issue gets damaged or lost in the mail. If you didn’t receive a print issue or it arrives damaged in the mail, please contact our Customer Service Department at nailpro@pcspublink.com or (800) 624-4196. We’ll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue, or extend your subscription.


How do I access digital issues?

To see NAILPRO digital issues, click here. Digital edition subscriptions are free worldwide.


What’s the difference between the NAILPRO app and digital edition?

The content is the same. The difference is in where and how you read the content. If you use a laptop or your tablet’s browser to read digital magazines, then the native digital edition is for you. If you have a MAC phone or tablet, then you may wish to consider downloading the NAILPRO App from the Apple Store. The App program will load photos and content more rapidly than the native digital edition. At this time, NAILPRO does not have an app for Android or Kindle devices.


How do I order back issues?

Print back issues and single copies are $10.00 each. To order print back issues, please make a check payment payable to NAILPRO and mail it to us along with your name, mail address and the back issue(s) you want. Here’s the address:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may cancel it at any time and receive a full refund for issues that haven’t been mailed.

Can I get magazines for my nail industry event?

We might be able to ship NAILPRO magazines to your event as long as they’re distributed to nail salon owners and managers, nail technicians or other nail industry professionals. We’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.
