  1. How do I find my subscription account number?

If you receive the print edition, your account number is printed on the mailing label of your magazine above your name. But you can also use your email address to access your account online.

 

  1. When will my subscription begin?

The first issue of your subscription is sent to you within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of your order. Occasionally we make an error, or postal service delays may slightly increase this time. Contact our subscriber service department if you believe there’s a problem.

 

  1. How do I change my email address or my mailing address?

Use the “manage subscription” tool (click on “subscriptions” in the nav bar or “manage subscriptions” in the footer) or call (800) 624-4196. If you mail in a change of address, we need at least six weeks’ notice to ensure uninterrupted service. Please be sure to give us both your OLD and NEW address. Include your account number if possible.

 

  1. How do I access Nailpro’s digital edition?

We alert you via email when the new issue is released. Typically, digital subscribers receive the magazine before the printed magazine arrives. You may also access the digital edition from our website at nailpro.com.

 

  1. Where can I get help if I have trouble with the Nailpro digital edition?

  1. How do I change my subscription format?

Let’s say you signed up for the print edition of Nailpro, and decide after a few issues that you’d like to also receive the digital edition. You may add digital or switch to print only using Nailpro’s “manage subscriptions” page, found in the “subscriptions” link on the website’s nav bar.

 

  1. Do you put my name or email address on other mailing lists?

If you supply us with your email address, we will use it to send you special subscription offers or other information about your subscription. We may also use your email address to advise you about other products, magazines and events from NAILPRO, its parent company Creative Age or selected industry partners. You can manage what kind of email you receive from us at our Privacy Preference Center.

 

We also make our subscribers’ postal data available to reputable companies whose products or services we feel may interest you. If, however, you would like your name excluded from these mailings, please visit our Privacy Preference Center.

 

  1. How can I get back issues of NAILPRO?

Back issues of the print magazine are available through the Beauty Etc Store. Back issues of the digital edition are available in the digital archive: Access the current digital issue, then click on the “tool box” icon in the upper right of your screen. You’ll see a link to the Nailpro archives there.

 

  1. What is the difference between the NAILPRO App and the NAILPRO digital edition?

The content is the same. The difference is in where and how you read the content. If you use a laptop or your tablet’s browser to read digital magazines, then the native digital edition is for you. If you have a MAC phone or tablet, then you may wish to consider downloading the NAILPRO App from the Apple Store. The App program will load photos and content more rapidly than the native digital edition. At this time, NAILPRO does not have an app for Android or Kindle devices.
