1. Polish the nail a frosty midnight blue. Allow it to dry. Paint a yellow moon near the top, let it dry and add glitter clear polish over the nail. 2. Paint the tree using black paint. 3. Complete the design by adding yellow pairs of eyes with black centers. Allow them to dry. Apply top coat.
