1. Using a dotting tool or a detail brush, create red stripes by painting dots down the  nail. Be sure to leave a blank space for the  blue portion of the flag. 2. Utilizing the method you used to create the red dots, add blue dots to the blank space. Allow the design to dry. 3. With white paint, create stripes by adding white dots. Add a few white dots on top of  the blue dots to mimic stars. Allow the design to dry and apply top coat.
