1. Polish the nail mauve. Use white paint to create a French tip with a reverse smile line. 2. Line rhinestones at the reverse smile line and apply three large crystal stones and a metal stud on the French tip. 3. Outline the large crystal stones and the stud with silver bullion. Use bullion to make two arrow-shaped hands, one shorter than the other, for the clock and make another small hand for counting the seconds. Apply top coat over the entire nail.
