New Point Rules for All TURN-IN Competitions

•Nailpro Competition at IBS Las Vegas – April 24-26, 2010, 3-D Nail Art
•Nailpro Cup Sacramento – October 10, 2010, Hand Painted Nail Art
Effective January 2010, the procedure for calculating Nailpro Cup points for the 10 finalists in all turn-in competitions changes. Points for turn-in competitions only will now be calculated in half-points as follows:

In 2010, the turn-in competitions affected by this rule changes are Hand Painted Nail Art and 3-D Nail Art.
