1. Polish the nail white. After it’s dry, paint large eyes, a nose and a mouth in black. 2. Add black lines to simulate random strips of cloth. 3. For moldy-looking bandages, randomly add light khaki green and very light peach paint to the bandages, following the same direction as the black outlines. Create white teeth, blending in gray for shadows. 4. Once the nail is dry, change to acrylic! Add small balls of white acrylic in the centers of the black eyes. Let the acrylic dry. 5. Switch back to paint and complete the eyes with blue and black dots for pupils. Add red bloodshot lines and white dots for highlights. Allow it to dry; apply top coat.
