1. Paint the entire nail white and allow the polish to dry. Using blue polish, place four dollops on the nail, starting with the biggest at the tip and the smallest at the cuticle. 2. Before the blue polish dries, use yellow polish to place four dollops between the blue polish. The two polishes should run together slightly. Allow the design to dry and apply top coat.
