1. Polish the nail medium blue. 2. Paint random swirling patterns with a lighter blue and white. 3. Glue two pearls at the free edge. Glue on two rhinestones in the center of the nail. 4. Add silver striping tape across the nail. Glue the edges. Fill in two areas with light blue bullions. Add two coats of top coat.
